Our client is expanding their residential sales team, They are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated and experienced SENIOR NEGOTIATOR / ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER for their Tring office.

The role, focussed on the sales side of Estate Agency, will involve growing the property register by winning instructions and generating new sales; assisting the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit and managing and developing the team.

You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with clients and deliver a first-class service experience every time. You will be energetic, enthusiastic, keen and be able to win instructions in all price ranges.

This is a role that will have both opportunity and excellent potential.

The skills required for this SENIOR NEGOTIATOR / ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER (ESTATE AGENT) role will include:
