Are you an ultra-organised people-person with a passion for delivering outstanding service? We're hiring an Assistant Office Manager for a successful, high-end property business based just outside Windermere.
No industry experience is needed - full training is provided. If you come from a hospitality, events, or customer-focused background and thrive on keeping things beautifully organised, we want to hear from you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key support role that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be coordinating the team, streamlining systems, and ensuring clients receive a five-star experience at every stage of their journey.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing daily operations and team schedules
- Maintaining high standards across all client touchpoints
- Supporting internal processes, systems, and meetings
- Getting stuck in with admin, calls, and coordination tasks
- Helping the team stay focused, resourced, and on track
We're looking for someone who is:
- Super-organised and detail-driven
- Warm, assertive, and naturally supportive
- Comfortable juggling tasks and working at pace
- Passionate about delivering premium client experiences
- A strong communicator with a proactive attitude
- Local knowledge of Cumbria
