Are you an ultra-organised people-person with a passion for delivering outstanding service? We're hiring an Assistant Office Manager for a successful, high-end property business based just outside Windermere.

No industry experience is needed - full training is provided. If you come from a hospitality, events, or customer-focused background and thrive on keeping things beautifully organised, we want to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key support role that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be coordinating the team, streamlining systems, and ensuring clients receive a five-star experience at every stage of their journey.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing daily operations and team schedules
  • Maintaining high standards across all client touchpoints
  • Supporting internal processes, systems, and meetings
  • Getting stuck in with admin, calls, and coordination tasks
  • Helping the team stay focused, resourced, and on track

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about delivering premium client experiences
