The role of the Sales & Lettings Administrator is to proactively manage the progression of property sales and lets in a timely and efficient manner, supporting customers and clients with advice and guidance using up to date property market knowledge.
Sales & Lettings Administrator Duties:
- Liaising with vendors, landlords, purchasers, tenants, solicitors, financial advisors, and other estate agents.
- Send out memorandum of sale letters, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange.
- Liaise with Tenancy Generation Team for tenancy generation.
- Upsell recommended financial services.
- Provide support and assistance to the sales/lettings team as directed by Branch Manager.
- Maintain accurate notes on company software in accordance with company guidelines, and keep clients fully updated with progress.
- Assist branch staff in renegotiating deals as required.
- Provide regular update reports to Branch Manager.
- Assist colleagues, when required, to review the applicant database, to categorise those "own to sell" and "hot" applicants.
- When required, book and accompany viewings. Feedback to the client within the company policy timeframe.
- Carry out AML checks in accordance with company policy on vendors and purchasers
- Maintain regular communication with the client throughout instruction.
- Maintain service in accordance with company service levels, core values, and behaviours.

- Knowledge of the local sales market and conveyancing and lettings process.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues and other third parties.

- Full clean driving license.
Salary:
14,000 - 17,000 (Depending on experience)
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00 to 6.00, Saturdays 9 to 5 on a rota with day off in lieu provided
