We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction company for an experienced and detail-oriented administrator to join our client's team as a Fleet Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and oversee the management and maintenance of a fleet of 85 vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering and maintaining the company's vehicle tracking system.
- Processing driver's license authorisations and maintaining accurate records.
- Keeping detailed records of fleet vehicles.
- Managing the setup of new vehicles, including fuel cards, breakdown cover, signage, and tracker installations.
- Coordinating insurance processes via an online portal and liaising with brokers to handle claims.
- Organising vehicle services, MOTs, and repairs.
- Preparing monthly reports on fleet activities and performance.
- Supporting with general administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Hours:
This is a part-time role. The hours are negotiable depending on individual requirements. Our client has suggested Monday - Friday 8 am - 1 pm.
