As Lettings Manager you should:

• Enjoy winning business through successful valuations and excellent landlord and tenant relationships
• Generate lettings valuations appointments
• Have a successful track record of letting residential properties in a similar area
• Ideally, have a good local knowledge of Bushey or the surrounding areas
• Have the desire to deliver the high levels of customer service that this company prides itself on
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be up to date with the latest lettings regulations ideally with ARLA qualifications or equivalent
• Have a UK driving licence
