Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Take charge of managing a diverse portfolio of 120 residential properties, ensuring top-notch service for both landlords and tenants.
• New Business Development: Actively seek and secure new business opportunities to expand the portfolio.
• Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all properties comply with the latest lettings legislation, keeping abreast of industry changes and implementing best practices.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or in a similar role within the residential property sector.
• Business Acumen: Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a track record of growing a portfolio.
• Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Stanford-le-Hope area and surrounding property market.
• Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
