Are you an experienced Lettings Manager looking for your next career move? Our client, a well-established independent estate agent in Stanford-le-Hope, is seeking a dynamic Lettings Manager to lead their residential property portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Take charge of managing a diverse portfolio of 120 residential properties, ensuring top-notch service for both landlords and tenants.
- New Business Development: Actively seek and secure new business opportunities to expand the portfolio.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all properties comply with the latest lettings legislation, keeping abreast of industry changes and implementing best practices.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or in a similar role within the residential property sector.
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a track record of growing a portfolio.
- Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Stanford-le-Hope area and surrounding property market.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Compliance Savvy: Up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and regulations.
