Prestigious, well-established estate agency, require Lettings Negotiators to support their branch in Berkhamsted.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will require a minimum of 6 months of Lettings experience, ideally in the local area.

Your days will be busy and varied and will include:

• Registration of applicants & ensuring the database is updated with accurate details
• Business Development
• Booking viewings and carry out viewings
• Inputting data to the CRM

To perform the role of Lettings Negotiator you will need:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous lettings experience
• Strong communicator
• Drive and determination to succeed
• A full clean driving licence

The successful Lettings Negotiator remuneration package includes:

1. Basic 15,000 - 17,000 PA (depending on experience)
2. Realistic OTE of 20,000 - 25,000 PA
