As a Sales Administrator/ Negotiator, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of the business. While full training will be provided, our client is particularly interested in candidates who bring the following skills and experience:

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and general computer skills

Duties
- Handle customer inquiries through all channels.
- Registering potential buyers
- Schedule viewing & valuation appointments and coordinate general diary activities.
- Take responsibility for administrative tasks.
- Keep files up-to-date and organised.
- Obtaining feedback from viewings
- Maintain ongoing communication with vendors, manage expectations, and provide feedback from viewings.

This is a part-time vacancy (3 full days per week)
Salary:
£12.50 per hour + discretionary annual bonus
