Our client a successful independent estate and property management agency based in Stockport are looking to expand their Property Management team. You will be looking after a portfolio of residential managed properties. You will have at least 18 months Property Management experience and preferably be ARLA qualified.

This is a Mon-Fri 9 am-5:30 pm role and ideally working Saturdays 9 am-5 pm on a rota basis. You will hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Responsibilities of this Property Manager role include:

• Looking after a portfolio of residential properties in & around Stockport
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Managing client expectations
• Managing diary appointments
• Dealing with customer complaints

• Being self-motivated with a can-do attitude
