Are you seeking a dynamic Sales or Lettings Negotiator role? Join our client's Colchester premier estate agency, boasting a rich legacy in the industry.
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you'll collaborate with the Branch Manager and adept team to facilitate property transactions in Colchester and the surrounding area.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Presenting offers to vendors and landlords.
- Negotiating prices and terms.
- Securing instructions via signed terms of business.
- Crafting property details using our software and adhering to guidelines.
- Regularly reviewing our applicant database for potential leads.
- Utilizing data from Rightmove's best price guide and similar platforms to determine competitive market prices.
- Booking market appraisals.
- Providing conveyancing quotes.
- Referring clients to financial advisors for offer qualification.
- Targeted marketing through leafleting and door-knocking.
- Maximizing board presence.
- Advising clients on market conditions, mortgages, legal requirements, etc.
- Promoting sales through various channels.
- Booking and conducting viewings with clients.

- Strong negotiation prowess in the property sector, either in sales or lettings

- Knowledge of the local property market.
