Are you an experienced Sales Progressor looking to advance your career in the property market? Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with all stakeholders involved in property transactions, including clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage advisors, and contractors.
- Monitor the progress of property sales, identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth transactions from offer acceptance through to exchange of contracts and completion.
- Offer expert guidance to clients on property sales, including renegotiations, survey matters, and chain-related challenges.
- Aim to reduce the time from offer acceptance to completion.
- Assist with payment of invoices and any financial aspects related to property sales.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a Sales Progressor role within an estate agency.
- Strong understanding of the property market.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication.
- Proficiency in IT systems.
Salary:
- Basic: £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Realistic OTE: £30,000 per annum
