Duties for the Sales Valuer / Lister

• Valuing properties for sale in the Thurrock area
• Pitching to a variety of different customers
• Winning new instructions
• Providing excellent customer service to vendors
• Managing vendor relationships
• Working with the Director to achieve company goals for 2022 and beyond!

The ideal Sales Valuer

• Will have a minimum of 2 years of sales valuation experience
• Local knowledge
• Passion for delivering results for the company and vendors
• High motivated
• A UK driving licence is essential
