Are you passionate about working in Estate Agency but want to earn more for the business you generate? Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for experienced property valuers to earn 50% commission.

The Company

The Directors can see that property technology, as well as social media marketing, is rapidly improving the UK Estate Agency sector. But this does not diminish the role of a real estate agent, providing their expertise to guide vendors through the process.

The Opportunity

Our client wants to help experienced property Valuers, Market Appraisal Managers, and Listers to succeed in building their own Estate Agency business without the large capital expenditure. You will achieve a highly profitable business, with flexible working hours and excellent business support provided by our client.

The Figures

  • Guaranteed 50% commission per sale on completion
  • A 250 advance payment per new instruction for the first 3-4 months (repayable on completion)
  • 50% commission on mortgage & conveyancing referrals
  • With the average sale fee, our client is forecasting an achievable OTE of 60,000 - 70,000 pa
  • Commission is uncapped

The Requirements

  • Property sales valuation experience is essential
  • Knowledge of your chosen area
  • Proven track record of generating valuation appointments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willing to invest in yourself through professional development & training
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Commitment to building a personal brand
  • UK driving licence and own a car
