A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our clients' Independent Estate Agency in St Albans.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be joining a highly motivated, professional and well-respected team. The role will focus ongrowing the Lettings department to increase the managed portfolio. Quality leads will be provided; however, you will also need experience of generating valuation appointments.

Once the lettings department requires additional support, the successful candidate will be in the prime position to become part of the recruitment process and take on managerial responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2years Lettings experience, including valuation experience and someone looking for long-term career prospects within the industry

Key duties will include:

• Booking and conducting viewings
• Booking valuations
• Attending valuations and winning new instructions
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Accepting applications and lettings Administration
• Sourcing new business
• Reporting into the Director

Property Management is currently outsourced and therefore once a suitable Tenant has been sourced, the file is handed over.

Our client is seeking a confident and strong Lettings Negotiator who has a proven track record within the industry, ideally within the local area and is looking to develop their skillset.

To be considered for this position, you must have a full, clean driving license.

In return, our client is offering;

• Basic salary of 17,000 pa
• Car Allowance of 200 pcm
• OTE of 30,000 pa
• 3 - 6-month salary guarantee
• ARLA training provided, if required

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm. Alternate Saturdays 9am - 5pm, day off in lieu provided.
