Are you a people-person with a creative flair and a passion for delivering incredible client service? We're looking for a Senior Relations Executive to join a luxury property brand in Windermere.

Hospitality, events, or creative backgrounds welcome - full training provided.

You'll be at the heart of the client (home-owner) journey, overseeing stunning property marketing campaigns, building relationships, and making the home-moving experience unforgettable.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing client relationships and marketing projects
• Style and prepare homes for photography
• Hosting property viewings and appointments
• Coordinating with marketing supplier
• Supporting our senior sales manager with the management of a small but highly enthusiastic and driven team
• Handling day-to-day admin and communication
• Negotiating on sales and overcoming any potential challenges
• Helping deliver five-star service, start to finish

What we're looking for:

• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Some leadership skills so that you can help motivate, support, and lead the team
• A confident and supportive team player
• A full driving licence due to property locations
• Local knowledge of Cumbria

Location: Based full-time at offices near Windermere.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5, with occasional weekend cover.
