Our client is one of the country's leading Estate Agents in the South Hertfordshire area. They are continuously expanding and therefore seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their highly experienced team based in Tring.

A very generous commission structure is available, providing uncapped OTE opportunities ranging through to 30,000 PA.

The main purpose of this role is to;

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service.
• Identify client requirements and match those to the property portfolio.
• Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
• Manage time effectively to maximise appointment and activity levels.
• Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience.
• Must be target driven and tenacious with a proven track record of achievement.
• Display high standards of service and presentation.
• Be a car owner with a full driving licence.
• Have a drive to be a top performer!
