Our Client is looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in St Albans.

It is important candidates are articulate, well presented, and keen to start a career with a leading estate agent.

Lettings Negotiator Role

The Lettings Negotiator is responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the Landlord, and Tenant and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

Customer Service or Sales experience is essential to work in this target-driven and fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements for this role:

• Motivated attitude
• Ability to multi-task and manage a busy work-load
• Genuine ambition to progress and develop a career
• Proven track of record of providing outstanding customer service and/or achieving sales targets
• A full UK driving licence and own car

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm, Alternate Saturdays 10am - 4:30pm
