The Sales & Lettings Negotiator's primary responsibilities include:

• Email and call out new instructions
• Promote properties through advertisements and open houses..
• Negotiate offers for purchase and let.
• Upsell conveyancing services
• Referring clients to financial advisors for offer qualification
• Regularly reviewing our applicant database for potential leads.
• Booking market appraisals.
• Targeted marketing through leafleting and door-knocking.
• Maximizing board presence.
• Promoting sales through various channels.
• Booking and conducting viewings with clients.
• Secure relevant ID to progress offer to purchase or let.
• Initiate and manage tenant referencing.
• Ensure third party referrals made to letting applicants when applying.

• Background in the property sector, either in sales or lettings
• Ambition, drive, and charisma.
