The successful candidate will be joining a professional and friendly team that manages over 200 residential properties. The Assistant Office Manager role involves the efficient organisation and execution of the specified office duties relating to the property portfolio.
The successful candidate will be managing a portfolio of 200 properties which equates to 1000 tenants located in Southampton and Portsmouth. Responsibilities include managing the accommodation and the Building & Maintenance Team of between 8 and 16 tradespeople.
