Q Recruitment is working with a highly regarded independent estate agents in Cheshunt. The company manages a large portfolio of residential properties in and around Cheshunt. They now require an experienced Lettings Negotiator to ensure properties are let promptly, whilst providing excellent service to their Landlords and Tenants.

The duties will include;

• Advertising properties to let
• Registering potential Tenants
• Matching Tenants to suitable properties
• Booking viewings and arranging access
• Securing offers for prospective tenancies
• Letting properties in line with agreed targets
• Processing the referencing and tenancy
• Working closely with the property management team

Key Requirments

• A minimum of 12 months of Lettings experience is preferred for this busy role
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good organisation and planning skills
• Flexible, positive, and professional attitude

The Lettings Negotiator package will include:

• A base salary of £20,000 per annum
• Excellent percentage of commission based on ALL lettings revenue
• Based on the current lettings revenue, the estimated OTE is £36,000 per annum
