To be considered for this position, you will have Sales Valuation/ Market Appraisal experience and a proven track record of winning instructions.

To be considered, you will need to have:

• Previous property sales experience
• Strong valuation skills
• Track record of winning instructions
• Superb communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the local area (SS17)
• Drive and determination
• Excellent work ethic
• IT literate
• Live locally to the office
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

Package

• Basic of 20,000 - 22,000 pa
• Realistic OTE of 50,000 pa
• Mileage paid
