Responsibilities of the Junior Property Manager:

• Assist senior property managers in day-to-day operations, including tenant communication, property inspections, and maintenance coordination.
• Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct property inspections and assist in resolving maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure vacant properties are marketed effectively and leased promptly.

Requirements:

• Property/ Lettings experience preferred but not essential
