This leading Estate Agency brand in Edgware is actively looking to bring in experienced Lettings Negotiators to their high performing offices.

Role: Lettings Negotiator x 2

Location: Edgware, Barnet

Salary: 16,000 to 20,000 basic + OTE 35,000 to 40,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Thursday- 9:30am to 6:30pm Friday - 9:30am to 6:30pm, Saturday - 10am to 2pm (time off in lieu provided)

Our client, an estate agency based in Edgware, is currently looking to recruit 2 Lettings Negotiators to join their existing lettings team.

Main responsibilities/duties:

• Registering applicants
• Matching applicants to suitable properties
• Booking viewings and arranging access
• Securing offers for prospective tenancies
• Letting properties in line with agreed targets
• Processing the referencing and tenancy
• Logging in and out of keys in line with company procedure

Essential qualifications and skills:

• Local property market knowledge is essential
• Minimum of 9 months of Lettings or Estate Agency experience
• Knowledge of current legislation to ensure compliance
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Negotiation skills
• Be a team player
