Our client is looking for an exceptional Valuer with experience and knowledge of the Horsham market, a proven track record in listing houses and generating new business.

If you are currently a Senior Sales Negotiator with some valuing experience and looking to step up to a Sales Valuer position, our client will consider your application!

As the Property Sales Valuer your role will be obtaining new instructions for mid - high-end properties

Responbilies include:

• Instruction winning
• Selling Houses
• Booking in and carrying out valuations
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Booking viewings
• Promoting the company in a professional manner
• Working as a team player to ensure the company meets targets

Property Sales Valuer Specification:

• Experience in selling houses in and around Sussex/Surrey with a reputable brand
• Be ready to take the next step towards valuing or already be a valuer
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport instantly
• Positive Mental Attitude
• Closing ability
• Looking to further your career
• A full UK Driving License and own car
• 12 months experience selling houses for a reputable company
