An experienced estate agency Sales Negotiator is required for our client's prestigious, well-established branch based near Maldon, Essex. The successful Sales Negotiator will have an active role in supporting the Branch Manager and achieving the company's objectives.

As a Sales Negotiator you will have previous sales experience;

Your days will be busy and varied and will include:

• Registration of applicants & ensuring the database is updated with accurate details
• Business Development; valuation, mortgage & solicitor leads
• Booking viewings and carry out viewings
• Inputting data to the CRM
• Negotiating offers
• Providing excellent customer service

To perform the role of Sales Negotiator you will need:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous telephone sales skills
• Strong communicator
• Drive and determination to succeed
• A full clean driving licence and own vehicle
• Local to Maldon, Essex

Package: Up to 18,000 base (dependent on experience) plus commission providing an achieving OTE of 25,000 pa and car allowance.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day off in lieu provided.
