Our client, a well-respected Estate Agents based in St Albans, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their existing team.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing buyers, attending viewings, negotiating offers and chasing sales through to completion.

To succeed as a Sales Negotiator you will need to possess the following:

• A minimum of 6 months Sales Negotiator experience within a targeted, sales environment.
• A proven track record.
• You will be experienced in cross-selling services
• Be able to negotiate between buyer and seller and meet/exceed expectations at every opportunity.
• Work alongside Solicitors/ Surveyors / Mortgage Brokers to ensure sales move through to completion and recognise opportunities for third party sales.
• A strong work ethic.
• A valid UK driving license and own car

Salary: 15 - 16,000 Basic (DOE) + 25,000 OTE per annum . 3 month salary guarantee provided

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm and alternate Saturdays 10am-4: 30 pm
